"Paulina Ann Barts, age 67, of N7187 Rangeline Road, Sheboygan, passed away unexpectedly at her residence on Friday, February 22, 2008.

She was born in Greenwood, WI on March 15, 1940, a daughter of the late Paul and Elsie (Buss) Lindekugel.

Paulina graduated from Waldo High School in 1958. She enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps, receiving her honorable discharge on October 14, 1959.

On September 19, 1959, she was married to Marvin Barts at St. Thomas Lutheran Church in the Town of Lima, where she was the church organist. Paulina and Marvin raised their three adopted children and numerous foster children in the Waldo area, living there over 27 years before moving to the town of Sheboygan in 1993.

She was employed at Lawnboy, Larsen Canning Company and Valley Manor Nursing Home in Plymouth.

Paulina currently was a faithful member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Howards Grove.

In her younger years, Paulina enjoyed knitting, giving away most of the things she made. She enjoyed playing cards, cribbage, collecting bells from various places, and watching western movies, especially with John Wayne.

Paulina and Marvin cared for many, many foster children over their married life, and touched these children's lives in a loving and caring way.

Surviving Paulina is her loving husband Marvin; a daughter, Bonnie Ann Stoneman of DePere; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; a brother, Allan (Karen) Lindekugel of Sheboygan Falls; two sisters, Etta Mae (Joe) Harrison of Cascade and Nancy (Hugh) Mahlendorf of Princeton, MO, as well as numerous foster children, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, Paulina was preceded in death by her son, Mark A. Barts and her daughter, Kim M. Lilyquist, and grandson, John Lilyquist.

A Funeral Service will be held for Paulina on Monday, February 25, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. at Zimmer's Westview Funeral & Cremation Care Center W2132 Garton Road, Sheboygan. Reverend Darrel Bergelin, Pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church, Howards Grove, will officiate. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Friends may call at Westview on Monday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service.

A memorial fund has been established to Trinity Lutheran Church Building fund in Paulina's name.

accident on September 15, 2001, in Mountain.

She was born in Sheboygan, January 17, 1965, to the late Elaine
(LaRock) Sanapaw. As a child, Kim grew up in Waldo, WI and
graduated from The Sheboygan Area Lutheran High School with the
Class of 1983. Presently Kim was employed by Mountain Log Homes
and Williams Farms. Kim loved people and being with her friends, she
also enjoyed arts and crafts.

Survivors include her adopted parents, Marvin and Pauline Barts,
Sheboygan; her two sons, Shaun of Mountain, and John of
Sheboygan; her sister, Bonnie Stoneman, Oneida; three brothers,
Mark Barts and Bob Aldag, both of Keshena; John Aldag, South
Carolina; her fiance, Kenneth John Volm, Mountain; three brothers,
Jamie, Dennis and Mike Sanapaw, all of Keshena; sister, Amy Alegria,
Keshena; numerous other relatives and friends.

The family received friends and relatives at the Jamie Sanapaw
Residence on Grey Eagle Way in Keshena on Tuesday, September
18, beginning at 6 p.m. until Memorial Ceremony, Wednesday 11
a.m. at Bear Trap Falls, Keshena. Gruetzmacher Funeral Home,
Suring was in charge of arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in memory of Kim."

"Allan D. Lindekugel, 74, Town of Sheboygan Falls, passed away Friday, February 12, 2016 at home. He was born July 27, 1941, in Clark County, to the late Paul and Elsie (Buss) Lindekugel. In 1962, he married the former Lorraine Barts. She preceded him in death on February 22, 1995. In September of 1995, he married Karen (Schmidt) Barts. Allan served his country in the United States Marine Corps from 1960 until 1964. He was employed by the Kohler Company, retiring in 2003.

In addition to his wife, Karen, he is survived by two sons, Ben (Bill) Lindekugel and Todd (Margie) Lindekugel; five grandchildren, Danielle, Cindy, Brandon, Jacob and Derek; two great-grandchildren, Savannah and Hunter; two sisters, Etta Mae Harrison and Nancy Mahlendorf.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Tami Lomibao, one son, Brian Lindekugel and one sister, Pauline Barts.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church (W2776 State Hwy 32, Howards Grove) with the Rev. Darrel Bergelin officiating. Military honors will follow the service. Please visit www.zimmerfuneralhome.com to sign the guestbook.

Gathering of family and friends will be held from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at New Hope United Methodist Church 1950 Dickinson Road, De Pere. A Service of Remembrance will be held at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Mike Herdt officiating.

The family would like to offer a special acknowledgement to Unity Hospice for all of their support and assistance in helping keep Joe at home during his last days. In honor of Joe's Legacy a Memorial Fund has been established in his name."

"Mahlendorf, Hugh A. (1940-2014)

Hugh Albert Mahlendorf, age 74 of Sheboygan, passed unexpectedly on Sunday afternoon, November 16th surrounded by his wife Nancy and his son Dan.

Hugh was born on August 7th, 1940 in St. Croix, Wisconsin and was adopted by Fred and Mildred (Mattias) Mahlendorf. He attended Central and North High School in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Hugh served in the United States Air Force as a radio technician in Minot, North Dakota. He worked at J.J. Koepsell Company in Sheboygan in the Electrical Distribution department and retired in 2003.

Hugh also served in the United Way, Manpower, was president of the UAW cap council and was president of the Midwest Channel Scanners as he was active with HAM radios.

Hugh and his wife Nancy moved to Princeton, Missouri in 2003 where he made his woodworking hobby-turned-business, American Wood Sign Co., into a full time endeavor. After eleven years, Hugh closed his business and returned to Sheboygan in 2014.

He is survived by his wife of thirty-five years Nancy, his four sons Dan Mahlendorf of Plymouth, WI, John Mahlendorf of Sheboygan, WI, Brian Mahlendorf of Greenville, WI and Kevin Mahlendorf of Philadelphia, PA and his two grand-daughters Miranda and Madison. He was preceded in death by his parents and his son Cody.

There will be a private celebration of his life at a later date.
